I bought my new car from here recently and I'm so happy - not just with the car, but the whole experience.

The car is great - it's pretty much brand new! But most importantly, during the whole process, the dealership were easy to contact and liaise with, and didn't pressure me into the purchase. I was kept in the loop for any questions I had about the car, and they also went the extra mile and had my private reg plate waiting in the boot for me upon collection. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and I 100% recommend this dealership.

A fresh service and MOT was also provided, plus warranty on the car, which was ideal and definitely gave me that extra piece of mind!

I can't thank them enough for how easy they were, every step of the way!

Bought a Vauxhall Astra estate from Mark. Absoloutly one of the most proud and honest blokes I've ever encountered when it comes to car dealers. Top notch customer service with no upselling on extended warranties or insurance. Quick and easy sale with no hassle. Once again, Robert Cooper Cars have come up trumps. I've bought many cars here over the past 30 years or so and have always been impressed with the vehicles and, above all else, the excellent customer service from everyone - Robert, Mark and, more recently, Will.
I've just picked up a beautiful Fiesta ST to replace my wife's car which was stolen just before Christmas.
Thanks for all the help once again guys - especially Mark who sourced the perfect car for us and sorted everything out so painlessly.

Robert Cooper Cars my experience
While visiting the Auto trader Web Site and narrowing my search criteria I found Robert Cooper Cars of Sheffield. The vehicle that I was looking for was at the top end of my price range, however the car came very well specked and very low mileage. I phoned and spoke to the team, from the first contact they were nothing short of professional, prompt and helpful. As I live near the lakes and the weather has been very poor I took the decision to put myself in their hands, and agreed a trade in deal that was far more beneficial than the much advertised "we buy your vehicle" operations. The team answered all my questions and some I forgot to ask. The car was serviced and 2 new rear tyres where fitted as one had a cut in the tyre wall (always best practice to replace both tyres on the same axle when one is damaged) RCC did this without any input from myself - just good customer service. The car was transported to my home address, the cost of this was very competitive, and gave me extra piece of mind. Took delivery of the car and it was everything the pictures and additional information I was given. So the bottom line - I would recommend Robert Cooper Cars, they my not have the flash showroom, but were it counts Great customer service Integrity Putting the customer needs to the fore they take some beating Paul

Bought a lovely Mercedes E Class Coupe from this dealer about 3 weeks ago. I dealt with both Robert and Mark. Was very impressed with the whole buying process from first enquiring about the car through to collecting it about 2 weeks later. A few days after picking it up I discovered a minor issue (the stop/start was not working) and contacted the dealer. We dealt with Will and Robert in person and spoke to Mark by telephone to sort out the handover arrangements. All three were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Great service from start to finish. Initial conversation with Will on the phone was very professional. Agreed a price for our car as part x on the phone and they honoured that. They dealt with all the paperwork and even put fuel in the car"¦enough to get me home to Cumbria! Very impressed. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

Very recently (June 2021) bought a lovely used Kia Ceed from Robert Cooper Cars, this place is not huge, a small family run business thats been going for many years. Loved the style of salesmanship, and Mark really made us feel relaxed with no pressure tactics used. Mark is definately not one of those Used Car Salesman one hears about. Old school attitude was used, it was about what we wanted and all the staff were extremely helpful. The Kia Ceed fitted the bill at the right price. Really good experience.
